August 22^nd 2010 Sunday Message Summary

Scriptures: Acts 1:8, Acts 5:42,  Romans 10:15,  2 Corinthians 6:2,  John 4:36, Psalms 126:6,  Proverbs 24:11,  Isaiah 6:6-8

When you look at the Bible, ‘rain’ also means ‘blessings.’ Just as ‘rain’ was given as a blessing in a time of drought, God expressed ‘rain’ as ‘blessing’ to the prophets. The Lord said, “Just as we will not die from being hit by the rain in the hot summer, think of it this way too when Providence faces tribulations.”

You are people of youth who listen to the Word, know, realize and train the mind, even when hit by the rainstorms in the environment; they need to be trained in the body too. Spiritual, mental, and physical training is: knowing and realizing the Lord’s heart and that he speaks and gives revelations through nature.

When I was young, the Lord enlightened me about life’s tribulations, persecutions and sufferings through rain and snowstorms and said, “Do not be afraid of rainstorms or snowstorms, instead have fun in them. In fact, go to the mountaintop to pray. If heavy rain pours down, just let it hit and soak you. How great it would be? If you want to take a shower in that high rocky cliff off of Mt. Daedun or on the peak of the Mount of Olives, you would have to install a showerhead, but that would be impossible.” The Lord said, “Even if you go through tribulations and suffering in your life, look for what needs to be done in the midst of those tribulations and overcome them while taking action.”

During tribulations and hardships, if you just get scared from the start, you will give up and run away, and you will get used to being that way. Such people are always afraid of having any hardships that they may face in their future. Even if just a little bit of thunderstorm strikes and only a few raindrops fall in their life, they feel nervous, have all kinds of worries and are afraid. Then they give up and stop what they were trying to do.

Do not think of or be afraid of all your difficulties and worries, but leave them to the Lord. You should take action boldly just as you get rained on during the summer and you get caught in a snowstorm or cold wind in the winter time. Then like me you can become a strong hero of life and you will be able to complete the work that the Lord has entrusted to you in the end. Call on the Lord. Call on God. Do you understand?

You should be trained in your everyday life in order to discover and gain the blessings that God and the Lord have given to you. Only when you shape your mind and body well will you be able to receive the blessings that the Lord has given you and will be able to enjoy them once you receive them.

This year is “The year of saving lives.” You need to make your life perfect and save yourself first. Then, according to how the Lord has prepared, you can discuss with the Lord and save the lives of your brothers, becoming his body and his heart.

<Jesus’ Words> You must know how valuable and how urgent the work of saving lives is, and you must know this to be the priority more than anything else.

Let’s say there in front of you is a person who will die soon. Even if someone tells you that they will pay you hundreds of times more if you work at that moment, and even if you have something that you must urgently do at that moment, saving a life that will die in a short while is the work you must do as the priority, isn’t it?

When your physical life is in danger, you must put aside tens of thousands of things and do the work of saving your life at that moment. Just as even the one saving the physical body’s life puts aside everything else and does the work of saving life first, you who save with the gospel need to put aside everything else and save those who are going to the domain of death.

Quickly save your brothers who are in various suffering, those who are groaning and moaning because their spirits are sick, and those who are tormented in many different ways by Satan. I will be with those who do the work, use their body as my hands and feet, use them as my heart and will save lives together with them. Next, save those who still don’t believe. Also, save those who believe in me but who are looking for the new time period, seeking to find the path of life in order to be liberated from the miseries of life. Save them in the midst of your life.

Even if there are tough circumstances, difficult obstacles, or any problem, you must do it without losing that chance. As you do it, difficulties will also pass. Therefore, even if there were difficulties and obstacles, do not just try to avoid them but believe in me, and do it with all your heart. If you do not do them, you will miss that moment to save a life, and that person will also miss the opportunity to receive salvation, and the one doing the saving will miss the chance to save that life forever.

Know that saving the lives of your brothers is saving your own life. Make sure to remember that your brother’s life is inescapably connected to your life. One life is connected to another life.

Pray and put in some effort. Pray to the Almighty God who created the physical and spiritual life for a week, two weeks, or a month and receive an answer. After that, according to the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, seek me and go out with me. Pray so that you can receive my Almighty Father’s permission, and so that the Holy Spirit can give inspirations. Pray and go with the Holy Spirit and me, Jesus. Then, whether it is a hundred, a thousand, or ten thousand, would I not work with you to save those lives?

If you also want to be healthy in the life of your spirit and faith, you need to pray in the first hour of the predawn for your spirit and mind; pray for your brothers, nation, and the world; and by listening to the Word carefully, you need to eat the spiritual food and take action. Putting the Word into practice is exercise for your spirit, and it is keeping the health of your spirit. Pray so that you can receive the spiritual power; stand firm in faith; become one with me through love and live being attentive; destroy Satan always; and just as you get rid of all the dirt on your skin and filth by washing every day, you must repent of your sins every day and get rid of them.
