November 29th 2009 Sunday Message Summary

God sent Jesus as a symbol of love and repentance. Jesus fulfilled what Adam was unable to fulfill. Jesus came to save mankind and he fulfilled the ultimate purpose and goal that God wanted. What we must do in our lives is to cling and be united with the Lord. Only then will we know his heart. Those who are united with the Lord are people who will be rapture.

Jesus told us to be one with Jesus as the branches are one with the vine. Are you united and connected with the Lord in this way? Ask yourselves this question. We need to have the type of relationship of bride and bridegroom with the Lord.

We must refrain even from the smallest things if the Lord does not want us to do something. This is the relationship of lovers. With everything, there is only one thing that is important, which is, ‘love only the Lord.’ Your salvation will differ tremendously depending on how much you love Jesus. If you love superficially, you will also receive a superficial love.

It’s not about words, but it’s about action. We must act the love out in reality. Can married couples love each other only with words? No, they must love in action. In the same way, there are many people who confess their love to Jesus in their prayers, but in their lives, you cannot see it. Jesus tells us not to love him only in prayer, but show him in our everyday lives.

In a mirror, when you look into it, you see your reflection right? The spiritual world is like a mirror. Whatever action you take, are reflected exactly in the spiritual world. Whatever your mentality is in the physical world is portrayed exactly in the spiritual world.

Whether you do something 90% or 95%, though they seem close, the results are tremendously different. If Jesus is standing in front of you, wouldn’t you walk 100%?

Doing things 100% is like a woman who loves her husband and gives all of her heart to him. She doesn’t look at men even 1%. She does everything that the husband asks her to do. We must love Jesus in the same way. We can’t have anything else in our hearts and in our minds.

There are many people who say they love Jesus, but they do whatever they want. Jesus is telling us that if we love him, we must really pay attention to him and do the things he tells us to do. To love Jesus 100% means to do exactly what he tells us to do.

Giving tithes is a basic duty of a citizen of heaven. In this world, we pay taxes because we have to right? If we pay taxes in this world, then why don’t we fulfill the duties in the bible which is to give tithes? We must do these responsibilities before the Lord comes back.

Offer not only your tithes, but also offer your time. Time is like money, therefore offer up 10% at least of your time as well. See how much time in a day you are truly offering to God. How much time do you sleep, how much time do you do official work for God? Calculate it.

A certain man lives with a woman under one roof. The woman should call the man; and if she doesn’t see him, she should look for him until she finds him to eat the food she has prepared and talk with him about what they want to talk about. On the contrary, she calls him a few times and stops if she hears no answer from him. When she looks for him, she just checks a few areas and gives up. She eats alone and concentrates on her own business.

Don’t you have to call Jesus at the top of your lungs until he answers and look for Jesus until you find him, now when we are living in one place called the globe? If it were your lover that you were looking for, you would go about, searching for him, even the whole day, if you don’t hear his answer.
Even though you are living with Jesus in the house called ‘your life’; you don’t call him until he replies; you don’t seek him until he shows up. In this situation, how could he answer you or show himself to you? If you truly are Jesus’ bride, who loves and considers him as her Bridegroom, you won’t stop seeking or calling him before you find him.

Even when we eat, we should plead with Jesus to eat with us as we would plead with our lovers to eat with us. We must not be superficial and truly live our lives serving the Lord on this world. When we eat, we should dine with Jesus like Jesus dined with his disciples when he was alive.

If lovers let their first love cool and stop calling and looking for each other, they will find themselves in the midsts of such a situation where they lose each other. You must really seek the Lord and not let the love cool down.

We must be united with the Lord and seek the Lord. Don’t give up until you have received the Lord. Let’s be united with the Lord and call on the Lord. We must seek the Lord until we find him. We must set a condition of prayer to meet with the Lord.

Those who are united with the Lord will produce fruit.
