Lord’s Words of Revelations

6 July 2009 No Comment

July 5th 2009 Sunday Message
Message by Joshua Jung Myung Seok
Summary by Shaun McMillan and Will Yeh

Scriptures: Luke 12:42-50, 57-59

If something is delivered to the people through writings in the bible but people don’t read it or listen to it, then He sends prophets or people of mission and makes them preach with words. If they still do not realize or listen, then He makes them experience it personally. He makes them experience it personally by judging them and making them encounter suffering.

People who receive revelations are afraid and worried because they wonder if they are receiving revelations from their hearts, receiving revelations from the devil, receiving revelations from ghosts/demons, or receiving revelations from the Lord. But when you listen to them, you can pretty much tell. In time they are revealed. In the end it will be revealed whether they were satan’s revelations or the Lord’s revelations.

Just because you received revelations and answers to prayer doesn’t mean that everything will come true. Even though the Lord came to the world as the Lord of Glory, He was crucified because the world was wicked and refused to accept Him. Even though you received the answer that everything will go well, things can become difficult because people don’t accept it and don’t do their responsibilities. Things can turn out poorly as a result of that because that causes you to have a hard time and not do your part.

When you look at revelations that are false, you’ll see that they think they’ve received revelations when in fact they are saying things that have been in their hearts. Sometimes people say they are revelations when in fact they are saying things that have always been on their minds.

Revelations reveal the person’s character. The Lord is humble, righteous, and fair. He gives revelations in ways that are comfortable. And He always say things that are without error and reasonable. Since people receive revelations through various ways you can tell whether they are without errors or not. The Lord controls the revelations.

(Parable) There is a man. He gave everything to a woman with the purpose of loving her. But the woman thought about other things and not about love. So she went down the road she wanted and pursued only the things she wanted. If the man gave her money because of his love, she used that money for things she liked and spent it on trips.

(The Lord’s words) “This is a crush. This is what I’ve been doing to you. The man buys her clothes because he loves her but she doesn’t show up wearing that clothing. Instead, she goes to her friends to boast about it. How distressed the man’s heart will be.”

(Parable) The man told another woman about his heart and asked her to convey it to the woman for him. After hearing from the man, the woman went to the woman he had a crush on and explained his heart to her. When that happened, the woman slowly began to understand and began to obey.

(The Lord’s words) “How happy the man would be. That’s what I’m doing to you.”
Like that man, the Lord has come to the people of this time period to fulfill His purpose. He is keeping us close, giving us grace, loving us, and making the working of the Holy Spirit happen. That purpose is the second coming. The Lord is working on us with the second coming as His sole purpose. He is making us repent, forgiving us, letting us receive the intense fire of the Holy Spirit, giving us various grace, and is giving us revelations.

Since the Lord is giving grace, receive it, repent, make yourselves clean, accept the Lord’s love and become the beloved brides. But there are people who receive grace but are doing other things with it. It’s like you save a person who would have died in a pit but then they go their way afterwards. It’s very upsetting. If you have been saved from death, you should not live for the world and live consumed in physical work.

The word is power. It is power. Miracles happened when Jesus’ disciples preached powerfully. You must listen well, obey, and shine your light.

Today I gave you the message using the parable of the crush/one sided love to make the point that the Lord gave us everything for the purpose of the Lord’s second coming but that people are using it for other things and live distracted by other things. I also told you about revelations and also told you to make sure to ask before doing anything with money. Asking me is asking the Lord.

July 8th 2009 Wednesday Message Summary

Receive Fire of the Word, Know the Lord’s Shimjung and Treat Him with That

Scriptures: Luke 12:49-50

Both in the past and in the present, when you look at the Lord’s words contained in the bible, people don’t really accept and believe it. “Shimjung” is a way of expressing something that is earnest in your heart. When someone doesn’t understand your heart, you say, “You don’t understand my shimjung.”

When people don’t know your shimjung, just keep telling them. At times, even if you do communicate and repeat, the person still doesn’t understand.
People must know the Lord’s shimjung through their own shimjung. The Lord’s shimjung is burning and preaches the gospel. Yet, people don’t immediately accept it and they don’t accept it intensely. Only when something is accepted intensely that you take action.

The Lord reveals his shimjung urgently through people of mission or through prayers and dreams and inspirations/revelations. People don’t receive it because of their own faults. You surely need to fix your faults in order to accept the Lord in a fiery way. We must repent.
Some faults we have or diseases:

-Your spirits have died. The physical side is more alive and the minds are dead.
-Most people won’t understand intensely because of ignorance. You simply don’t have enough knowledge. You must pick up the bible and understand more. This is your responsibility.

-If you had always been close to the Lord like a child, you would have had good understanding of the Lord’s shimjung and would have obeyed the words with fear. You are close only in lips and words, but not in reality. We must have everyday faith. Faith where you only call on God when you need something, is a kind of faith that is only centered on yourself.
- People don’t value what the Lord says even after hearing it because they are physical people who did not make themselves clean by repenting. This is why people don’t immediately hear it, believe it clearly, and put it to practice. The sins of the heart get in the way. People who are not clean are people who are far from the Lord. They soon get buried in the world.

People who don’t have faith cannot gain things.
Even though people hear the word and understand it, they don’t put it to practice until a whole year later. People believe only now the things that the Lord said years ago. The Lord’s heart becomes frustrated because people don’t put it to practice and as a result they live a frustrated life too. The later you put things to practice, the more you lose.
Some people take action as soon as they hear it. Your bodies understand and your mind conveys it quickly. People united take quick action. People who are united with the Lord are like the branches connected to the vine.
There are people who understand, hear the word, talk a lot, but there is no fruit that is born. It’s like a tree with a lot of leaves but no fruit. Let’s not be like a fruitless fig tree.

When you listen to the messages, immediately believe and run and you will not miss the time. People who do this are the Lord’s shimjung.

Providence history does not belong to any human being, it belongs only to the Lord. We must be alert and awake at this time. We must understand that the wolves are prowling right outside now. We must pray and be united with the Lord.

“You must pay close attention to yourself.” This is a special revelation the Lord gives to us. We must pay attention to ourselves and see if we are changing.
