Scriptures: Matthew 4:17, Matthew 4:1-16

While Jesus was in the desert being tempted by Satan, Jesus ultimately overcomes Satan with the word of God. What did Jesus do first before anything else? He prayed. In the same way, we need to pray before we do anything. Jesus needed to completely defeat Satan. Repentance is the first message. You must first repent of your sins then you can accept and receive the Lord of Second Coming.

If you have guests over, what must you do before they get there? You must clean and prepare first. If you don’t, then you and the guests will both feel uncomfortable. When receiving a spouse, a lover, anyone you love, you must first make yourself clean, then you can receive them. We are receiving God, the heavens, the messiah. We must make ourselves clean. People who are not ready will tell people to not come over right away. This is how you tell if they’re ready.

If a person doesn’t repent of their sins, Satan is holding hands with you. If you go to see your lover, but your lover is holding hands with another person, would you go back to that person? This is why Jesus will not come if we don’t repent. If we still have sin, then Jesus will not come, because we’re holding hands with someone else, with Satan. So first make yourselves clean by repenting.

Repenting sincerely is about saying when and what type of sin you committed, and saying even the person’s name you sinned against. When you confess your sins, you even have to say the time. Sincerely repent about when and what type of sins you’ve done.

What is the order of repentance? You must give detailed and exact confessions. Then, you must realize your wrongs. Be angry about committing the sins. And then, repent. If you repent in this order, then the Lord will hear everything you say and forgive you even if your sins are so dark, so black, and as red as crimson. (Isaiah 1:18) This is how the Lord forgives. The Lord keeps God’s promises.

When the sermon for repentance is given, we must realize our sins and be afraid the sins will carry us to hell. The reason why there’s urgency, is because there is fear. Repentance is best when done before the sun sets on each day. You don’t want to forget, because it will build up.

There are times that you don’t even know if you’ve sinned. If you think something might be wrong, most likely it’s wrong. Truth is not in the middle. Truth is clear. So if you are in the middle, then it’s probably sin.

No one sends you to hell except for yourself. If you do whatever your heart wants, you are doing what your heart is permitting you to do, and your heart is the key to permit you to go to hell or heaven.

Therefore, repent.

April 1^st 2009 Wednesday Message Summary

Scriptures: Matthew 4:17

When people repent, the heaven of the heart is achieved. If people don’t repent, they go through hell on earth and then go to an eternal hell after death. This is why Jesus told us to repent.

Jesus suffered so much from misunderstandings. So if you misunderstand others, then it’s like hurting Christ all over again. Quit misunderstanding each other. What results from misunderstandings is war, killings, fighting, etc. Misunderstandings summon the devil.

Jesus tells us that if we hate or get angry at our brothers, it’s like murder, and unless we repent about it, we will not go into heaven and we will go to hell. You must repent of the things you’ve done against your brothers and you must not take it lightly. It’s a sin if you think this law doesn’t apply to you. You must repent thinking that you are the one that’s done this.

The law also says to not commit adultery. But Jesus tells us not to even look with lust in our hearts. We must repent even if we have lust in our hearts. A lot of people think it’s too hard to not think about women and men. Rather than blaming God saying he created things wrong, we must study about things we must do to not have lustful hearts. We must work at it and pray. Jesus is telling us to do this, because we are capable of doing this.

People who are born of the HS and God do not sin. So if you are truly born again, you will not sin sexually. The key is to ask to be born again.

If your eye causes you to sin, gauge it out. Sin is ultimately used to send people to hell. Sin is your worst enemy. You must deal with it like a snake that is coiled around your body. If we repent, satan has no power over us. Understand the Lord’s words deeply again.

How hard is it to gauge your own eye out? But people who know the pain and suffering of hell will say the Lord’s words are right. They would even say to cut off your leg too. That’s how bad hell is. Rather than pulling out your eye, you should repent and go to heaven. You must fix your habits.

People ultimately go to hell because their hearts permit it. The things they do from their own desires away from Jesus ultimately sends them to hell. Jesus says he doesn’t want anyone to go to hell because he died for everyone so they don’t have to go to hell. But if people still send themselves to hell, then it is like Jesus going to hell himself. This is how painful it is for him.

If Jesus sends us to hell, why would he have died for everyone on the cross? It doesn’t make sense. Jesus does not send us to hell, we send ourselves to hell because of the things we can’t let go of and the things that we hold on to because we love it more than the Lord. Jesus and God love us so much that they even watch us to the point that we fall into hell ourselves.

No matter how much you like something, do not let your hearts permit it if it is against the Lord. Then you will not go to hell. We must truly repent of our sins. We are receiving so much grace right now. If you know how difficult it is to repent, you will stop sinning, because you’ll know how hard it is.

This is the time the Lord of second coming is delayed for the last time. What would you do if you were only going to live for another week? What would you do? Wouldn’t you do all the things you’re supposed to do if you don’t have much time left? This is that time now..

Hear the words now as if it were life, and take immediate action. This is the time to do that. Right now is a time for us to take immediate action, or else.

Wherever we go, we must be Jesus’ body. Say and do the things on Jesus’ behalf.
