Scriptures: Ephesians 4:1-6
In the scriptures it is said that there is only one God, one Holy Spirit, and one Jesus. Another meaning would be that God works in one way, the Lord works in one way, and the Holy Spirit works in one way.
If you want to know whether something is the Lord’s doing, you can do so by seeing whether it is the same as before. The Lord always works in the same way from the beginning to the end. If something is done in a way that is out of line with that, then it is work done according a person’s own mentality or by Satan’s influence.
God’s works are the alpha and omega. It is the same from beginning to end, start to finish. This is the case for God, Holy Spirit, and Jesus. The Trinity is one. That is why the work of God, the works of the Holy Spirit, and the works of the Lord are ultimately the same. Their works are the same because they all work with the same heart, same thoughts, and the same will.
“United as one” means two things are made into one. It is the combining of two objects into one. For example, you have 3 measures of gold and 1 measure of silver and all of them are combined into a ring by melting them in the furnace together. In this way, Christ, who is like gold, and we, who are like silver, are combined together to become one body.
The bigger the Will you are fulfilling, the greater and harsher the wind and waves get. However, even though the wind and waves are bigger and harsher, you receive greater strength once you become one with the Lord and can overcome and gain even bigger things.
If you don’t live a proper life of faith, you will not recognize it even if the Lord comes or goes. A correct faith is knowing Christ correctly and taking action correctly.
