John 14:25-27, 6:27-29, 6:36. Romans 12:2

I would like everyone to think about how they want people to celebrate their birthday. What type of celebration would make the celebrator, the birthday person, and the parents happy? Think about that. If you do, you can understand better what and how we celebrate will make the Lord happy too. Then we can receive Christmas with joy as we celebrate it and receive it more ideally.

At this time each of us should do for the Lord the things that he wants from us. We must do this so that he is happy not only during Christmas but always. If we become the Lord’s body, the Lord will be always happy. And it will be a joyful Christmas for the Lord because he can do physical work through that person’s body. And the Lord will be happy if we give glory to God who sent Him.

The Lord said, “If you’re going to do something abundantly, you must have abundant amount of time.” In this way, in order to receive the New Year properly, we must receive Christmas and the end-of-year well with joy and while giving glory. Otherwise we absolutely can’t do it. If we spend Christmas and end-of-year well following the Words of life, then when the New Year comes, we will feel different.

Christmas should not be celebrated by setting only the mood. Instead, we must make things happen in reality according to the Lord’s Words in which he tells us what he wants. If we don’t do that and achieve nothing except creating the mood, there is very little that is given or gained and joy will not be present in the New Year or our everyday lives.

The title of this week’s message is, “Know and realize what God and the Lord want from you.” He speaks faintly, like a slight breeze, like the slight blink of an eye, as faintly as an ant brushing against your clothing, as slightly as a person’s breath, or as tiny as the tip of a pen. Even when death stands before you, you get just a tinge of feeling. At times your heart was tested because you wondered why He doesn’t communicate clearly to us.

The bible must be read correctly according to reason. Then everyone will hear it, be amazed by it, find the truth, and come to seek the food of the Word.

What God and the Lord want from each of us is, “Don’t be idle. Instead, find the work each of you has been given to do, go to your positions, and work faithfully.” Then your minds and bodies will not have conflicts.

By listening to the Word deeply and by putting it to practice you can confirm and be sure that it is the work that the Lord wants from you.
